In 2001, Barack Obama gave a radio interview in which he stated that the Warren Commission hadn't gone far enough; it should have redistributed the wealth then and there. He then says that the best way to redistribute the wealth is legislatively and administratively and talks about "reinterpreting" the U.S. Constitution in order to redistribute the wealth.
